I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Diverse Minds Psychotherapy in Monroeville, PA. My primary focus areas include Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Family Therapy. I take a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to support individuals, couples, and families in achieving their therapy goals. I believe in meeting each person where they are and tailoring treatment to fit their unique needs and aspirations. I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive environment, especially for neurodivergent individuals. My aim is to equip you with the tools, strategies, and understanding necessary to foster lasting change and overall well-being.

I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2017, along with minors in Sociology and Organizational Leadership. I then pursued a Master's in Counselor Education, specializing in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and completed that in 2019. Since then, my career has been shaped by diverse experiences, including working with students with disabilities and gaining valuable overseas experience in Pakistan, where I learned about mental health practices in a different cultural context. Over time, my interests have evolved, and I have found my true calling in the therapeutic work I do today. Read more about my approach below!
